Manish Kumar Kothari, Senior Partner, has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1999. He has 25+ years of experience in consultancy of Direct taxes, Indirect taxes and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He has completed the post qualification course introduced by ICAI such as Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA), Certificate Course on Concurrent Audit of Banks, Certificate Course on GST. He has also pursued various courses introduced by NCFM such as Certificate Course on Capital Market, Derivatives, Commodities, Mutual Funds and Insurance from NIA (Including Reinsurance). He has been conducting the Peer Review of practicing units at the direction of ICAI as peer reviewer.

Shruti is a bright young Chartered Accountant having experience in Statutory Audit of Corporate and Non-corporate entities.
